My Dirt Time The Adventures of Tom Sciacca

Some Recent Backpacking Trips

I have had a lot of dirt time this year so far. More this year than I have in quite a few years and I love it. I have done some good family camping trips with my wife and kids, but have also taken some great 1-2 night backpacking trips with buddies too. However, as I mentioned I am not a good picture taker. It’s not that I don’t take good pictures it’s just that I hate to carry a camera and try to remember to take pictures. It’s just that I figure that I was there and saw it, why take a picture? Then I say to myself, “Tom, you own a company that sells outdoor and survival gear, these pics would work great to show off your gear and help you sell it”. I usually ask my hiking buddies to send me the pics they took. This past week I finally bought myself a good, little digital camera to make sure I get my butt moving and take some good pics of my dirt time and the various products I use. The following pics I’ve either taken with our family camera or my buddies have taken and are from a few of my recent hikes this spring and summer.
